Founded in 1996, the law firm of Windom and Tobias established a commitment to represent citizens who, through no fault of their own, found themselves unable to carry on the daily tasks to provide for themselves and their families. Since it's inception, the firm has been located in a historic building in Mobile, Alabama. The firm actively litigates cases throughout the state of Alabama and in Florida.
